First Day of Third Grade!

Edison had his first day of school today.  He only had to go for a half day today, and he will start full days tomorrow. Last night we went to school to meet his teacher and see his classroom.  He is all set for a great year!

End of Summer fun!

Edison had a blast ending his summer with a trip to Santa's Village, sailing lessons, pedal boats at Independence Grove, and Elburn Days with his cousins.  We were so busy this summer!

Illinois Railway Muesum

What a fun time at the Railway Museum today!  Edison had a blast riding trolleys and trains, exploring old trains, seeing lots of old cars and trucks at the special event, and hanging out with his cousin Matt and Grandpa Turner.  The weather was gorgeous and everyone had a good time at the museum!
