We spent a nice day at Brookfield Zoo the other weekend, too!  Another nice day outside!

Mother's Day Weekend

Finally getting around to posting some pictures from Starved Rock over Mother's Day weekend.  We had a nice time hiking (except for Edison who thought it was the worst punishment ever) and exploring different waterfalls (which Edison actually enjoyed).  It was gorgeous weather for hiking and I hadn't been to Starved Rock since I was a kid.  I didn't remember walking up and down all those stairs, but at least it was a good workout!  We ended up staying at a hotel not far from Starved Rock and Edison had a good time swimming at the pool.  It was a very nice weekend!!

The Color Run

I know this blog is for Edison, but I had to share my awesome weekend in Madison, WI with my Aunt Trish and sister, Kristy.  We had a blast doing the Color Run last weekend and doing a little sight-seeing in Madison.  We can't wait to do it again and hopefully Liz can join us!
