Chicago Botanic Garden

We spent a beautiful day taking in the fall colors at the Botanic Garden yesterday.  We didn't even need jackets!  Of course, we spent some time in the train garden, then went to walk around the Japanese Garden and Waterfall Garden, my two favorite places.  I hope this great weather lasts until Halloween, but it looks like it will start getting colder this next week.  At least we got to enjoy one last great weekend!

Goebbert's Farm Fun

Edison had Friday off school for a teacher training day, so we headed to the pumpkin farm for some fun. Edison had a blast feeding animals, taking a hay ride, jumping on the big pillow, and playing on the wooden vehicles.  He also picked a good pumpkin for himself!
