Florida Vacation!

We had a wonderful time in Florida last week on vacation!  We stayed the week with Grandma and Grandpa Schultz and Edison had a blast swimming, riding in the golf cart, and relaxing.  Brian and I took a small road trip around Florida for 2 days while Edison spent time with Grandma and Grandpa, and we saw a lot of the state! My favorite area had to be driving through the Everglades and stopping to get some caches along the way.  We had some rainy days, but that just meant we were able to relax and I even got some knitting projects done.  On a really hot day, Brian and I did a little bit of caching on the way to the Local Yarn Store!  I indulged in some really pretty sock yarn that is itching to be used.  Edison loved going to Universal Studios and riding the Hogwarts Express.  We got him on a few other rides, but nothing too scary!  He was also very excited to hang out and have lunch in the Simpsons area and eat a Krusty Burger.  We also saw the time machine and train from Back to the Future, which Edison was thrilled about! We took some rides around The Villages in the golf cart and saw some really pretty areas that we hadn't seen before, and indulged in some favorites from years past like ice cream at Ollie's!  It was a really fun week and we were happy to be able to visit with Grandma and Grandpa in The Villages!  We took A LOT of pictures (over 700!) so I had to just pick out my favorites, which is still over 100. =)  Enjoy!
