The Museum of Science and Industry

Edison had been begging to go back to the museum to see the huge train layout, so we decided to head out there last Sunday.  It's been a few years since we've been there, but Edison knew exactly what he wanted to see.  =)  We had fun exploring all the parts of the museum, then went for a walk outside.  We walked around the whole museum and got to see what it looks like from the outside. Very beautiful views!  Edison was not happy about leaving the museum or walking around, but then we found a nice little Japanese garden that had a small waterfall that he thought was really cool. He floated leaves down the waterfall and watched where they went.  After we left the city, we went out to eat and then finally headed home.  It was a really fun day!

Edison had to see the Zephyr first!
 Huge tire!
 "Driving" a combine

Edison made a tornado, then had fun destroying stuff with it.
 Racing
 Practicing to be an engineer

Watching all the trains in the best layout ever!

He could spend hours in this spot.

 Look at these cuties!
