Pinewood Derby 2016

This is Edison's last year for the Pinewood Derby in Cub Scouts since he will be crossing over into Boy Scouts next month.  He had fun designing his car, and you can see that it had a major color change during the painting phase.  At first he wanted to do a "cammo" theme, but when that didn't work out as planned, he went for a darker green.  He liked having the big screws on top of the car to act as guns and the duct tape was an added precaution just in case they decided to fly off during the race.  =)  The boys all ran a great race today!
